Small Is Not Always Better – Trend Alert

TREND ALERT!!
Or in my book, watch out alert!
The latest must have, is a small handbag.
Really, must have?
A small handbag is perfect for a small woman.
If a larger woman wears a small bag, it will make her look larger and out of proportion. Who wants that?
Here are a few tips for what handbag you should wear:
- Small bag for a small woman.
- Medium bag for a medium sized woman.
- Yes, a larger woman should wear a larger sized bag.
- Do not let your bag fall alongside your hips, or they will look wider. Shorten the straps so your bag lays just above or below your hips or wherever be your widest body spot.
PS. Use the above tips in reverse for large bags, which can dwarf smaller women.
“Thank you Scarlett for all your time and effort in helping me organize my ‘cough’ overflowing closet! I always look forward to and enjoy working with you. With the clothes that I had you made some beautiful ensembles for me to wear. Whether it be to dinner, special occasion, or work. I am ready! Anxiety and stress be gone!”

“For eight years, I worked as a freelancer, and dressed either for at-home comfort or for events. Now I was embarking on a corporate job that required a new wardrobe. Or so I thought. Scarlett put together my existing separates into creative, stylish looks; she helped me donate the pieces and suits that were a là mode when I last worked in an office, and identified colors, looks and pieces to fit my figure and fill in the gaps.” Jennifer M. “Need a new wardrobe? “I had an upcoming conference with NO time nor desire to shop for a new wardrobe. I called Scarlett after reading her blog for many months and she saved the day. She came, spent a few hourswith me going through my closet and helped me create a series of perfect outfits. The best part,at the conference a colleague complimented me and told me what I was wearing was a great look.Funny thing was I had everything in my closet all along but had never added the boots, scarf and earrings” Cathi Nelson-President l APPO
